Cardoso & Tavelli is a commercial representation company, primarily operating in the food industry.
"We have been the service link between the food industry and retail since 1993."
This concept, presented on the client's website, represents and summarizes the company's value proposition. Therefore, the logo update should take this idea into account and incorporate it when redesigning the logo.
INITIALS
The client's original logo featured the initials C and T, so our proposal was to update the initials instead of discontinuing the old brand.
CIRCLES
At the client's suggestion, green and red were added at the ends of each link to represent the colors of Portugal (Cardoso) and Italy (Tavelli). It's a subtle insertion, with a gradient that transitions from the colors of the letters into green and red.

The proposal was to modernize the entire identity of the company, keeping in mind its tradition and values.

Cardoso & Tavelli has been in the market for nearly 25 years. Their tradition in the commercial representation field is unquestionable. Our challenge was to bring all that tradition into a more modern and appealing language. 

The client's own description stated: 'We are the link between the food industry and retail.' This phrase perfectly sums up the company's purpose and served as our foundation for creation. 

The result is a simple and straightforward logo that elegantly combines the brand's two initials, forming a link.

How to bring such a traditional brand into the online environment?

Our goal was to create more than just an institutional website; we aimed to build a platform that simplifies the company's daily operations. It should be easy for our client's customers to see the products offered and quickly get in touch to close deals. Every page includes an option for visitors to contact the company. We also added value to the services by dedicating a page to each client, indicating in which markets their products can be found. Combined with the social media work we developed with the client, this has become one of our greatest successes.
