Gadu Decor is a company that specializes in decorative items, particularly blinds. With nearly a decade in the market, the company approached IAP Design and Propaganda with a challenge:to help Gadu Decor transition from a physical store to the online realm. We needed to create a website that felt cozy and elegant, like a well-decorated home, to give visitors a sense of comfort and welcome. Thus, the project had to be both an online store and a site specializing in interior decoration, highlighting our client’s expertise just as much as the products available for purchase. Additionally, we faced the challenge of accommodating the blinds—Gadu Decor’s main products at the project's start—with future items that the company plans to offer (and already offers) online."

The challenge in this project was to provide all the functionalities required by the client. Since Gadu Decor specializes in blinds and intends to sell online, it was crucial that the virtual store allowed users to purchase custom-made blinds. We had to create a system enabling users to specify their blinds' dimensions, choose from available colors, select the control side, and more—details that together make the shopping experience on the site more comprehensive. We successfully delivered a website that is not only beautiful and functional but also allows Gadu Decor’s customers to shop with complete convenience.
